I'm a sole practitioner with a practice concentrated in Canadian immigration law. As the child of immigrants, I have seen firsthand the challenges, uncertainty, and sacrifices that can come with moving to a new country and building a life here. That experience is what inspired me to practise immigration law, and it continues to shape the way I support my clients.
I have had the privilege of learning from respected immigration lawyers in Canada. Their guidance taught me to approach each file carefully, thoughtfully, and with genuine care for the people and families behind every application.
Running my own practice allows me to work closely with clients throughout the process. I take the time to understand each case, provide clear legal guidance, and communicate in a way that is responsive to the client’s circumstances. I speak Punjabi, Hindi, and English, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and informed as they navigate Canada’s immigration system.
I’m also committed to making legal services more accessible. On a case-by-case basis, I offer low-bono and pro-bono assistance to clients who may not otherwise have access to legal representation.
To me, immigration law is not just about forms, deadlines, and documents. It is about family, opportunity, stability, and new beginnings. I value this work because it allows me to assist people through important transitions in their lives.
Outside of work, you can usually find me experimenting with a new recipe, planning my next trip, exploring Vancouver, or curled up with my dog, Julio — a tiny but energetic Yorkie who often makes a cameo in my meetings and insists on supervising absolutely everything I do.
