I’m a sole practitioner focused exclusively on Canadian immigration law. As the child of immigrants, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and sacrifices involved in moving to a new country and building a life here, and that’s what inspired me to do this work. It’s also what shapes the way I support my clients every day.

I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of Canada’s most respected immigration lawyers, and their guidance taught me to approach my work carefully, thoughtfully, and always with genuine care for the people and families I represent.

Running my own practice means I get to work closely with clients from start to finish. I take the time to understand each case, give clear guidance, and build real relationships along the way. I speak Punjabi, Hindi, and English, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the process.

I’m also committed to making legal services accessible. On a case-by-case basis, I offer low-bono and pro-bono assistance for clients who may not have the resources for legal representation.

To me, immigration isn’t just about forms and deadlines. It’s about family, opportunity, and new beginnings, and I truly enjoy this work because I get to help people navigate these important moments in their lives.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me experimenting with a new recipe (sometimes it works!), planning my next trip, exploring Vancouver, or curled up with my dog, Julio, a tiny but energetic Yorkie who often makes a cameo in my meetings and insists on supervising absolutely everything I do.
